Lifeline supports Our Wonderful Pets
Im am very honoured that Lifeline has invited me to become an ambassador for the organisation, with a focus on pet related issues.
Emotional crisis related to pets is a significant factor in many calls to Lifeline's 13 11 14 service and I know well the heartbreak and grief associated with the death of our pets.
Our pets are much loved members of the family and the grief when they die can be overwhelming. Our society often does not validate or understand the role pets play in so many of our lives. I hope my role as an ambassador for Lifeline can help build understanding about this.
